Terms and conditions

NimboX is an independent, free software client for accessing Xbox Cloud Gaming on compatible devices. It provides sign-in, catalog browsing and streaming of games that the service makes available to your account.

NimboX does not sell Microsoft games or subscriptions, host the catalog or grant access rights to titles. Trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.

You need a compatible device, Internet connection, an authorized Microsoft account and a compatible controller. The TV version requires Android 11 or later.

Access to each game depends on your account, region, subscription or usage rights and the terms of the Xbox service. You must comply with the applicable Microsoft and content provider terms. When using a child account, use the corresponding authorizations and family controls.

Ad-supported games may show advertising and have session limits set by Xbox. NimboX does not control their content, availability or duration.

Use the app only with accounts and content you are legitimately authorized to access. Keep your credentials secure and authorize access only on Microsoft’s websites.

Do not use NimboX to access other people’s accounts, infringe rights in games or content, or bypass third-party access controls. These terms do not limit the permissions granted by the source code’s free software license.

Quality and stability depend on your network, device and the Xbox service. Resolution and bitrate settings are requested preferences, not a guarantee of quality or speed.

The service may have queues, interruptions, catalog changes or provider restrictions. NimboX updates may change features or requirements. The current version does not include console Remote Play, on-screen game controls, microphone, voice chat or controller rumble.

NimboX is based on green-nx and is distributed under GNU General Public License version 3. You can read the license included in the app. Rights to use, modify and redistribute the code are governed by that license.

Dependencies retain their respective licenses. The NimboX license does not grant rights to trademarks, video games or other content owned by Microsoft, Xbox, Google or their respective owners.

The privacy policy explains the data used, external providers, local storage and how to delete data. You can sign out in Settings or clear app data in Android Settings. These actions do not cancel your Microsoft account or subscriptions.

The software is distributed under the warranty and liability provisions of its license to the extent permitted by applicable law. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer or user rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
